V zadnjem desetletju je pritegnil veliko pozornosti tako znanstvene kot strokovne javnosti. Za razliko od tetrahidrokanabinola (THC) CBD nima psihoaktivnih u\u010dinkov in ne povzro\u010da evforije, zaradi \u010desar velja za eno varnej\u0161ih spojin z velikim terapevtskim potencialom.<\/p><p>Pomembno pa je razlikovati med CBD kot prehranskim dopolnilom in CBD kot zdravilno u\u010dinkovino (API). Prvi se pogosto uporablja v komercialnih izdelkih, pri katerih kakovost in stabilnost nista vedno ustrezno dokazani, medtem ko za drugega veljajo strogi farmacevtski standardi in se uporablja izklju\u010dno za pripravo magistralnih zdravil v lekarnah na podlagi zdravni\u0161kega recepta.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31a1b50 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"31a1b50\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e2e3257 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5e2e3257\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Regulativni okvir<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c4d138 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1c4d138\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Status CBD-ja v Sloveniji in Evropski uniji<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-977c630 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"977c630\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">V Evropski uniji CBD ni uvr\u0161\u010den med nadzorovane snovi. Vendar njegova uporaba v zdravilih zahteva popolno skladnost z zakonodajo, ki ureja zdravila in zdravilne u\u010dinkovine. <br> <br>\nV Sloveniji mora CBD, namenjen farmacevtski uporabi, izpolnjevati vse zahteve za zdravilne u\u010dinkovine (API) v skladu z dobro proizvodno prakso (GMP) in dobro distribucijsko prakso (GDP).<\/p><p>Poleg tega mora zdravilna u\u010dinkovina vsebovati manj kot 0,2 % THC, saj vi\u0161je koncentracije spremenijo njeno pravno klasifikacijo in jo uvrstijo med nadzorovane snovi.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7bdbf084 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7bdbf084\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Pravna razlika med prehranskimi dopolnili in magistralnimi zdravili<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-10e6f75f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"10e6f75f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">Izdelki s CBD, ki se tr\u017eijo kot prehranska dopolnila, niso podvr\u017eeni enaki ravni regulativnega nadzora kot zdravila. Najpogostej\u0161e indikacije vklju\u010dujejo:<\/p><ul><li>epilepsijo (npr. Zato morajo farmacevti uporabljati farmacevtsko certificirane CBD u\u010dinkovine (API), proizvedene v skladu s standardi GMP. <br><br>Tak\u0161na u\u010dinkovina zagotavlja:<\/p><ul><li>natan\u010dno dolo\u010deno \u010distost in vsebnost CBD,<\/li><li>dokazano stabilnost v formulaciji,<\/li><li>odsotnost ne\u010disto\u010d (THC, pesticidi, topila, te\u017eke kovine).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-269e47c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"269e47c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nasprotno pa neregulirani izdelki (kot so prehranska dopolnila ali CBD olja neznanega izvora) pogosto ne izpolnjujejo farmacevtskih standardov.
